Sugoi Collectible Return & Refund Policy

At Sugoi Collectible, we ensure that your items are carefully selected and packed to ensure quality and safe delivery. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at sugoicollectible@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving it.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email sugoicollectible@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Evidence: We may ask for photos of the damage or defect to assist with your request.
  3. Response Time: We’ll get back to you within 5 business days to discuss your options.

Return Conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Items:

    • New Zealand: We’ll provide a return fees if applicable.
    • International: You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.
  • Minor Issues (e.g., packaging damage, light wear):

    • We offer exchanges or replacement parts based on stock availability (excluding statues and custom orders). You’ll be responsible for shipping and handling fees.
  • Change of Mind:

    • Return items within 14 days for store credit. Original shipping fees and any cancellation fees (for preorders or payment plans) are non-refundable. You’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Important Notes:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and shipping cartons, All item that are break of seal are not able to return.
  • Incomplete returns or items damaged due to improper repacking may incur additional fees (up to 15% of the product price).
