📅 Estimated Arrival

Each product page displays an Estimated Arrival Date (e.g., October 2025).

Arrival dates are provided by the manufacturer or distributor and are estimates only. Production schedules, shipping delays, customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

If there are any significant changes, we'll keep you informed via email whenever possible.

Full Payment

Pay the full amount upfront to secure your pre-order.

Deposit Payment

Pay a non-refundable deposit to reserve your item, with the remaining balance due once your order arrives at our warehouse.

  • Deposit amounts vary by product and are clearly shown on the product page.
  • We'll email you when your balance is ready for payment.
  • Orders may be cancelled if the remaining balance is not paid within the specified timeframe.

🚚 Shipping

Your order will be shipped once all pre-order items in the same order have arrived at our warehouse.

If your order also contains in-stock items, they will be held and shipped together with your pre-order item(s).

If you would like available items or specific pre-order items shipped earlier, we are happy to arrange a separate shipment. Additional courier charges may apply.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-orders are specially reserved for each customer. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing your order.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your order or change your mind.
  • Full payment pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch; however, a cancellation fee may apply to cover payment processing fees, transaction costs, and supplier administration charges. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Once your order has been shipped, our standard Returns & Refund Policy applies.
  • If a manufacturer discontinues, cancels, or is unable to supply the product, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

  • Please ensure your email address, phone number, and shipping address are up to date. Contact us if any details change before your order arrives.
  • Product images are provided by the manufacturer. Final products, packaging, colours, or accessories may vary slightly from promotional images.
  • Adding new pre-order items to an existing order may delay shipment until all items have arrived.
  • Estimated arrival dates may change without notice due to circumstances outside our control.
  • Your pre-order price is locked in once your order is confirmed. If our retail price increases after your purchase, you will not pay the difference.
